- Product Quality and Preparation Time
All our products (baby, adult & home decor items) are handmade therefore there might be small variations between each product of the same category.
Note that some products are offered as pre-order and there is certain preparation time involved - details available on each product page.
- Shipping
We offer standard (economy) and priority domestic shipping as well as international shipping worldwide where costs are calculated based on the weight of purchased products. All packages are registered. Prices applicable are as based on Swiss Post / Polish Post and selected courier price calculators.
- Tax / Customs
Please note that any additional tax or customs that might apply to your country are not included in the price of the product.
- Returns
You have 14 days from the day of receiving the order to return the product to us. We will only accept undamaged, unworn products with tags attached that have not been personalized. Cost of product's shipping is covered by the customer.

Note we are not legible for any damages of the products after they have been received and used by the customer.
